Scott has more than 20 years experience in the construction and real estate industry and is responsible for new business development and strengthening the company's position in the marketplace. Scott exerts his influence in the early stages of the project and relies on his experience, expertise, legacy relationships, knowledge, creativity & instincts in creating the perfect team for every project.

Clients include: OSG, Calyon Financial, EGS Esq., Regus USA, AMC Theaters, Wells Fargo, and Ally Bank.

Scott has a BBA in Accounting from Hofstra University.
